i saw this woman walking in Cannes while having lunch and her outfit inspired me to draw this.
the fashionable color currently is france is black XD i can't wait for it to hit america.
anyways. buildings based off of buildings of older Cannes but background is made up the figures in the picture reflect different typical french people in their lives. please don't pay attention to proportions and stuff XD i was lazy...
